Melunza Subscriptions — Privacy

When a merchant installs the app, it processes the authorized store’s subscription contracts, purchase plans, order references and customer contact information needed to manage subscriptions. Shopify stores payment card details; this app does not store full card numbers or security codes.

Store credentials and operational records are kept on our secured application server. Access is restricted to the relevant store. Data is used for subscription management, scheduled renewals, customer service and security, and is not sold or used for advertising.

Customers can contact their merchant about access, correction or deletion. Merchants can contact us at the address above. Authenticated Shopify privacy requests are processed for the relevant store; legally required financial records may remain with Shopify or the merchant.

Uninstalling disables future application billing jobs. Shopify’s shop-redaction request removes the app’s retained store data. Operational logs exclude raw customer webhook payloads and authentication headers.
