Melunza Subscriptions — Terms

This application is operated by Dollarburst Inc for Shopify merchants. Support: support@melunza.com.

Merchants control their products, subscription prices, renewal intervals, delivery, cancellations and refunds. They must obtain customer authorization for recurring purchases and display accurate terms before checkout.

The application uses Shopify’s authorized subscription APIs. An installation does not transfer existing contracts from another subscription provider. Payment processing, approval and availability remain subject to Shopify and the payment provider.

Access is limited to authorized stores and users. Do not use the service to process unauthorized payments, misrepresent prices or bypass customer cancellation rights. Uncertain payment outcomes require reconciliation before another attempt.

No application subscription fee is currently charged. Any future paid plan will require explicit merchant acceptance. Store and payment-provider charges are separate.
